Tauren Hunter Guide,Hunter WOW Tips
Hunters are deadly marksmen, capable of bringing their enemies down from a distance with bows or rifles. Skilled survivalists, they can track enemies or lay traps to damage and entrap their foes. Hunters also possess a primal connection to the beasts of Azeroth, capable of taming and training them to keep as loyal guardians. Wearing light to medium armor, hunters can also dual wield weapons in combat, fighting beside their pets in battle.
The Hunter is a vicious damage dealer. With their ability to pull extremely well and hit monsters hard from far away, they certainly help take down monsters more quickly. Their pets add to the damage count and can aid somewhat in managing monster aggro. The variety of traps allows the Hunter to control crowds to an extent, as well. The combination of their extreme range, decent damage, and trap capability, Hunters are the perfect pullers for any group.

Trolls start with a bow, as do Orcs and Night-Elfs. Dwarven and Tauren hunters start with a rifle. All hunters start with a 200 count of their ammo and an ammo pouch or quiver.

A new equipment slot for Ammo has been added for all characters. It doesn't hold shot or arrows, it simply links the type of Ammo you want to draw from.
Hunters can engage auto-combat with their ranged weapon. So, much like a Rogue fighting between using abilities Hunters can continue to shoot while preparing special shots or controlling their pet. Plan on refilling your ammo supply every chance you get.

Don't get tunnel vision. Hunters can't shoot up close, and can't melee an equal level if they have low health like a Warrior can. If you aren't constantly on the offensive you may end up fighting more melee battles than you'd prefer.

At level 10 Hunters learn Beast Taming. Combat changes significantly now that you have an ally. You can tame any level 5 mob and keep it forever. You have to feed it and keep it alive and eventually it will level up. Try to catch-em-all !!
